What do I need to do before my first pick-up?
Firstly, you will need to sign up for our services via our website. You can also select a package of four different memberships to suit your requirements. Once the service is confirmed, our team will coordinate with you. We provide you with our reusable bags for your laundry beforehand so that you can load them accordingly. Finally, our employees will come and pick up the bags.
Will my laundry be washed, dried, or dry cleaned with other people's clothes?
Never. It is always a rule here at Loads of Time to ensure that your privacy and personal comfort are our single most important priority, so owing to this, we will not mix your clothing with that of other clients.
Will I need to sort my clothes according to color, cloth type, etc.?
You will never have to do this. Put the clothes you want to be washed, dried, and folded in one bag. Leave the rest of the hassle to us. Loads of Time staff will separate the clothes into whites, lights, and darks.
Will I be able to choose detergents or products I prefer?
While we may not always have every cleaning product available, we only work with allergen-free and eco-friendly products that are safe for children.
What happens if I miss my pick-up/ delivery time?
We always try to make sure our pick-ups and deliveries are done at your convenience, but should something happen, you can quickly inform us, and we can reschedule. However, if you do not notify us quickly, your card on file will still be charged half of your selected service.
What if I need to cancel my pick up at the last minute?
We understand that things happen, but if you neglect to notify us 24 hours before pick up, you will have to pay a cancellation fee.
Can I leave my laundry bags outside on my porch for you to pick up if I am not available?
Absolutely. This is a fairly common practice for many clients, as their busy routines sometimes keep them occupied. Remember, we always strive to make this experience as convenient for you as possible.
How do I make my payment?
You can pay us either by credit or debit card. You can expect an email or text with your invoice and payment details once payment is received.
Can I place my order via phone?
No, we only use the website to process orders.
When can I expect my laundry back?
We will deliver your laundry back to you in 48 hours. In the case of larger orders for restaurants and other businesses, we may have to set up a customized schedule.
Will I need to sign a contract before using your services?
We will never ask you to sign a contract with us. Should you choose a membership package, you can terminate that at any time you wish.
